Flat Feet
Flat feet or excessive foot pronation is a major cause of a number of foot pathologies. These include plantar fasciitis, tibialis posterior tendinopathy, morton's neuroma and foot, ankle and knee osteoarthritis just to name of few!
At Active Podiatry we can watch you walk and/or run on a treadmill and take some video footage of your gait. We will then replay this back to you to show you where you foot or lower limb problems are arising from!
We can correct the position of your flat feet by the way of foot orthotics (soft or hard). These can be either custom made or pre-fabricated (off the shelf) to improve your foot biomechanics.
Please call us today to book your biomechanical assessment / video gait analysis session with one of our experienced podiatrists!
